1. Service description
TRISNAP is an online URL conversion tool that lets users submit a web address and receive a PDF, screenshot, and Markdown transcript of the page. The service is provided by TRISNAP and is offered on both free and paid subscription tiers.
2. Free tier limits
Users on the free tier (“The Correspondent”) may perform up to 5 presses per day. Additional usage requires signing in and upgrading to a paid subscription plan.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TRISNAP to:
- process, store, or distribute illegal content;
- scrape, spider, or systematically copy competitor websites in violation of their terms;
- abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits, or usage quotas.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TRISNAP at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
TRISNAP is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every URL will convert successfully.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TRISNAP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
